Our daughter Donna and her husband Jerome Znamirowski, entertained their staff and family. Walking in, looking forward to steamed crabs, we did not expect to see linens on the tables. The hall looked beautiful! The food was very good, and the help very caring. They were absolutely on top of everything all evening. I could not help but notice how quietly the gentleman came by to be sure the trash containers were empty during the crab servings. Also, the Hostess, Pat Gilliss, was great. We have a son with Lou Gehrig’s Disease. When he arrived, she directed them from the handicapped parking to the dining room—and, of course, held the door open at each entrance. She showed extreme patience with their 5 year old who had so many questions. I know Donna and Jerome were happy with the arrangements too. Thank you all so much for a lovely evening.

I just had to let you know how wonderful everything was for our staff’s Christmas Party.  The food was delicious, the decorations were beautiful and your staff was absolutely perfect.  I was approached before anyone arrived, and Shannon introduced herself and told me to let her know if anything else was need during the evening.  And, Bob tended the bar in a very professional, but friendly manner.  He made sure we were not only satisfied with our beverages, but that the music was to our liking, and offered to help anytime with the music.  I believe it was Joan who took care of making sure our tables were always clear of used dishes and utensils.  Joan was also very polite and made us feel very welcome.  I have been to other establishments for affairs, where you feel like you are in the way, or hat you should take care of your own used tableware-but not so with Joan.  She was terrific.

Please let them know how pleased we were with our affair, and that they helped make our evening fun, relaxing and very comfortable.

Many thanks not only go for the Christmas Party, but also for the wonderful job you did in November for our Memorial Service.  It is people like you that makes me realize this “ole world” still has hope.  Thank you.
